D1.Arrive in Beijing
From your country to Beijing Airport and check into your hotel,and the left hours of the day with no arrangement,you can arrange for yourselves.
D2.One day tour in Beijing
Sightseeing one of the largest and grandest city squares in the world—Tiananmen Square;And the imperial palace of Ming and Qing Dynasties—Forbidden City.Next tour the Temple of Heaven,which once was the royal temple.Also you can eat the world famous Peking roast duck.After dinner watch the cheering Peking Opera(the national opera)
D3.Great Wall/Sacred Way/Ming Tomb
Morning start from your hotel,to the greatest world heritage sites—the Great Wall,badaling section.After lunch,continue to visit th Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb in the afternoon.
Dinner after back to the hotel.
D4.Beijing—Summer Palace/Hubei-- Hubei Provincial Museum
The last stop of Beijing is occupied with a brief tour to th Summer Palace,Then fly to Wuhan,Visit the Hubei Provincial Museum.After dinner ,board on the arranged ship.Then your unforgettable Yangtze River tour begins.
D5.Sailing
The whole day you will sail on the ship. Enjoy the natural beauty on both sides while sailing.Cruise the Qutang Gorge,Wu Gorge,Xilin Gorge.
D6.Three Gorge Dam
You will disembark for visiting the Three Gorges Dam which is the grandest hydroelectric project in the world. It is still in the process and planned to complete by the year of 2009.
D7. Shennong Stream
The ship will stop at the Badong village and have an interesting junk adventure to Shennong Stream. In the process of excursion, you could enjoy the unique scenery along the way and learn the adept skill of the trackers. It will take about 3-4 hours. Get back to the ship afterwards.
D8.Wanxian
Take car to visit a local village, Wanxian instead of much walking. You will go to see a local market and enjoy an acrobatic show.
D9.Chongqing-Xi’an
The ship is scheduled to arrive in mountain city Chongqing at around 10:00. You should follow advice to pack your luggage and be met by guide. After a brief city tour to the Panda House in Chongqing Zoo and the Residence of General Joseph W. Stilwell, After lunch,fly to xi’an.
D10.Xi’an
You will have a visit to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum which is said to be the Eighth Wonder of the world. Visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the ancient City Wall after lunch.
D11.Xi’an-Shanghai
Have the last Xian stop to the Provincial History Museum and the Great Mosque.Then fly to Shanghai by afternoon flight.
D12.Shanghai
The first stop of Shanghai is to visit the Shanghai Museum which houses large collections of historical items. Then go ahead to the famous Yuyuan Garden, walk around Bund area along the Hangpu River. You can enjoy an amazing Portman Acrobatic Show at the Shanghai Centre Theatre.
D13.Farewell Shanghai,
Board your homebound flight. Comfortable hotel-airport transfer is arranged according to your flight schedule.
