This is Chamdo flagsship hotel and, along with the Kangsheng,the officially sanctioned hotel for tourists.

The ordinary rooms are comfortable and pretty good value, especially as discounts of 20% are normally available. Hot water is available from 8am to 11am and 8pm to 11pm. And here you can have your meals too.
