Tibet Environmental Monitoring Center started to monitor the radioactive environment at 8 different places of Lhasa.

This first radioactive environment monitoring in Tibet will offer data for TAR radioactive environmental level. Experts have monitored the environment of Lhasa NO. 6 Middle School, Monument of Qinghai-Tibet Highway, Lhasa Racecourse, Jokhang Monastery Square, Xianzu Island, Lhalu Wetland, Armed Police Logistics Farm and Potala Palace Square.
