The workers of seventh programme department of China Railway WuJu Group Corporation are having a drill.

Since the start work of Qinghai-Tibet railway construction in 2001, the headquarters of the construction has made strict rules for employing workers. They request all the units sign the agreement with the workers to ensure the salary standard and things for labor insurance.
