June 16th, some farmers from Doilungdeqen County have found jobs by learning skill of oil paint.


On that day, a Tibetan girl was going to work in the building site after training.


On the same day, some Tibetan workers were directing by the master( the second one on right).

On June 16th, 33 Tibetan workers have passed the examination after training and started to work in building site of Lhasa Railway Station. With the starting of Qinghai-Tibet railway, lots of people along the railway have masted certain skills for increasing income.
