He wants to donate 10,000 yuan to this project. It is said that this is the first donation to the Qinghai-Tibet railway. According to Professor Han, the money can only be enough to build half a meter railway and perhaps means nothing to the whole project, but from his action , we can see that people of the whole country are concerned with the building of this railway .
