In the construction of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, No. 15 Bureau of Chinese Railway absorbs actively the local migrants to participate in the railway construction. In this way can not only ensure the ongoing of the railway construction but also increase the income of the local migrants.

At present, more than 310 Tibetan local migrants have joined the railway construction. The picture shows that the villager Dunzhu, from Sagang Village of Damxung County, is now working at the construction site.
