
Liuwu tunnel of Qinghai-Tibet railway located outskirts of Lhasa is the typical Tibetan architectural style.
Liuwu tunnel of Qinghai-Tibet railway is completed in May 2004, the design of its architecture is enriched with the special connotation of Tibetan culture. In order to integrate the Tibetan culture into the railway construction, each of the stations, tunnels and bridges, and even the names of stations are designed with the confirmation of the government and Tibetologist. Qinghai-Tibet Railway will be the special landscape of Tibetan culture when it's completed.
