Tibet starts work on new Culture and Tourism Park

Work starts on a new Culture and Tourism Park in Tibet. It’s hoped the new site will help visitors get a better appreciation of the local art and culture of the Tibetan people.
Located 2km from downtown Lhasa, Park will an area of 8 square kilometers. And about 5 billion USD will be invested. The park will be combine exhibitions of Tibetan arts and crafts presented by local craftsmen, with entertainment and tourist services.
