A grand evening party was held at the Tibet People's Hall in Lhasa, capital of southwest China's Tibet, Sept. 16 to celebrate the 22nd "ethnic unity month" of Tibet. Meanwhile, Lhasa has decided to set up the first ethnic unity and progress festival on Sept.17, 2012.
