Annual Changmo performance was held in Sakya Monastery

Sakya Monastery held its annual Changmo performance to celebrate the New Year in the Shigatse Prefecture in Tibet, Jan 18, 2013.
With the tradition of singing and dancing, Changmo, also called sorcerer's dance, is generally performed by monks in the Tibetan monasteries during praying meetings and religious celebrations.
The Changmo in Sakya Monastery has a history of over 500 years, delivering Tibetan people's best wishes for embracing peace and expelling all evils in the New Year.
