Tibet embraces the Ongkor Festival in July, one of the most important festivals for Tibetans, a festival for harvest worship.
Two hundred and thirty villagers from Jina Village, Konggar Country, Lhoka Prefecture, southwest Tibet Autonomous Region gathered around with brand-new traditional costumes handling colorful khadas and chant good wishes to thank for the harvest given by their beloved "God".
The Ongkor Festival is an old festival in the rurual area of Tibet held in each August according to Tibetan calendar when all crops are waiting for harvest.
