You can still satisfying with the reason bring you to this Holy region, no matter you are pilgrims or adventurers, but you get more chance to meet local people, and have a close look at their life ,culture, and belief. 1. Minor program changes sometimes are necessary, depending on road conditions, weather and availability of room.
2. Health consultation from your doctor before you come to highland (Over than 3000M). For avoiding the altitude sickness, please don`t do violent exercises, drink more water and rest as much as possible after sightseeing. 3. Pls walk out of the Lhasa train station to find your guide, they are not allowed to access and pick you up inside. 4. Please book at least one week ahead of your departure so that we have enough time to get your permit. We also provide flight/train booking service. Participants may set out where you stay, such as Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Bangkok, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Kathmandu, etc. |
